Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking a driven and creative Lifecycle Marketing Associate to own email nurture and sales sequence projects end to end. You will be tasked with optimizing conversion metrics in our marketing and sales funnel, and you’ll write copy that compels early education programs to raise their hand saying they want to talk to Sales to learn more about brightwheel.
The ideal candidate will be scrappy yet detail-oriented, and they’ll be eager to dive in to make an impact. You’ll play a key role in brightwheel enabling more early education programs so they can save time, get paid faster, and build deeper relationships with families and staff.
\n- Nurture inbound leads to drive conversion at the top of the sales funnel
- Propose copy for all prospect-facing communication, including email nurtures and sales sequences (emails and SMS)
- Outline a recommendation for how to most effectively segment our prospect audience
- Identify opportunities to increase demos set/hold; optimize landing pages and the Chili Piper scheduler for leads to book a demo
- Analyze campaign outcomes with reporting in HubSpot, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Closely partner with Sales to implement best practices and get learnings
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing. Expertise in lifecycle, copywriting, or growth at a B2B SaaS company a strong plus
- Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to write effective copy tailored to a target audience
- Strength in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
- Ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
- Experience with B2B marketing tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, Chili Piper, marketing automation tools, A/B testing platforms preferred
