Job Description:
Job Description: An experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Campaign Management team. The role involves analyzing healthcare data, supporting marketing and campaign strategies, and writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large datasets. You will work closely with the campaign team to provide actionable insights for targeted healthcare marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Campaign Support: Analyze healthcare-related data (e.g., claims, member demographics, engagement metrics) to support marketing and campaign strategies.
· Data Extraction & Analysis: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for campaign execution.
· Performance Reporting: Generate insights and reports on campaign performance, member engagement, and ROI using data analysis tools and SQL-based queries.
· Segmentation: Develop data-driven audience segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and outreach campaigns, using healthcare data and member profiles.
· Collaboration: Team should be able to communicate fluently and drive conversation with cross functional teams and should have decision making capabilities.
· Data Cleaning & Preparation: Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis to ensure data quality and consistency.
· Healthcare Data Compliance: Ensure all data handling, processing, and analysis comply with relevant healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Required Skills:
· SQL Expertise: Strong experience in writing, optimizing, and debugging complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
· Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large healthcare datasets, such as claims, patient demographics, provider performance, and engagement data.
· Reporting Tools: Experience with reporting and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, or similar platforms to present campaign insights.
· Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare data (e.g., claims data, ICD codes, treatment procedures) and experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically in marketing or campaign management.
· Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend data-driven solutions for campaign optimization.
· Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders within the campaign team.
