WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Contracts Manager is a key member of bswift’s Legal Department. This new role is focused on assisting bswift’s Legal team with the full lifecycle of company contracts and will primarily support contracting for direct and channel sales. You will work closely with the Legal team and key stakeholders across bswift’s business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating standard agreements including new service agreements, renewal agreements, NDAs, DPAs, BAAs and SOWS, working closely with Customer Service, Sales and Legal Department personnel.
· Managing contract lifecycle as a super user of CLM tool, IronClad, including contract generation, non-standard term approval, contract signature and archiving (cross trained with bswift’s Corporate Paralegal)
· Managing the commercial legal matters ticketing queue in Salesforce (cross trained with bswift’s Corporate Paralegal)
· Ensuring that terms of executed contracts are communicated to relevant team members
· Supporting ongoing work building and maintaining knowledge management in respect of customer contracting.
· Collaborating with bswift’s attorneys to assess and address any identified risk
· Interpreting and assessing executed customer agreements to quickly identify the issues that need either a business or legal decision
· Taking a continuous improvement perspective on the Legal Department by drafting and managing customer contracting playbooks, creating templates, and managing updates to and tracking of bswift’s own SaaS Terms & Conditions
· Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required, or equivalent work experience
· A minimum of 5 years of working with contracts and at least 2 of which is primarily with SaaS contracts, at a law firm or in-house legal department
· Time management, project management, prioritization and organization skills
· Commitment to professionalism and personal growth, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork as a path to success.
· Flexibility in a face-paced and decentralized work environment.
· Ability to scale and grow with an organization.
· Ability to prioritize, manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, judgment and diplomacy.
· Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management or digital contracting software
· Excellent sense of humor
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred education and experience):
· Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign and IronClad (or another CLM)
· Project Management Certification
· Contracts Manager Certification
· Prior healthcare or benefits administration experience is a plus

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000-$93,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
