Responsibilities:
  • Senior Associate:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for roles specific to the crypto and blockchain sectors.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on specialized skills, experience, and cultural fit within a tech-savvy environment.
  • Manage recruitment projects, including initiatives focused on diversity and employer branding tailored to the crypto community.
  • Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the blockchain and tech markets.
  • Conduct market mapping to analyze industry talent pools, identifying key players, emerging talent, and competitor recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve processes, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in sourcing and interviewing within this niche market.

  • Assistant Manager:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with organizational goals and the unique demands of the crypto/Web3 industry.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, including innovative onboarding processes that reflect the dynamic nature of the industry.
  • Provide training and support to the recruitment team on advanced sourcing techniques, particularly for technical and specialized roles in blockchain.

  • Utilize market mapping to identify trends in talent acquisition and proactively source candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Manager:
  • Oversee high-level recruitment projects and initiatives that significantly impact the organization’s growth in the blockchain space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies that specialize in crypto and tech talent.
  • Analyze labor market trends specific to the crypto/Web3 sector, adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly to attract top talent.
  • Implement direct sourcing strategies to build a network of potential candidates and maintain relationships with industry talent.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative recruiting practices that reflect the fast-paced nature of the industry.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within a tech-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative landscape.

  • Experience in corporate environment recruitment is a plus.
