About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring we attract the best talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in a headhunting company, and experience in corporate environments and software industry recruitment is a plus. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
\n- Manage the entire recruitment process from job analysis, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling to offer and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and position requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet position requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on candidate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in salary negotiations and the offer process, assisting with new hire onboarding.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database, providing relevant recruitment reports and analysis.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process to increase efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in headhunting or internal corporate recruitment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, capable of independently handling all stages from job analysis to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Strong ability to handle pressure and solve problems.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office software.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Experience in corporate environment recruitment is a plus.
- Experience in software industry recruitment is a plus.
- Experience of recruitment projects or employee branding is a plus.
