The Role:
You will work with leaders across the organization to help our company scale and build out new teams. You will drive strategic and operational change by creating efficient recruiting processes, improving the candidate experience, and working with hiring managers to perfect our craft of hiring the best and brightest. You will be strategic in building pipelines for a diverse set of roles through sourcing passive candidates, cultivating referrals, and developing creative top-of-funnel ideas with your hiring partners.
You will partner with our HRBP to build and execute on an effective hiring strategy. You’ll intentionally build and optimize talent pipelines for various roles by sourcing, networking, and creating a compelling and far-reaching talent brand. As the first Recruiter on the team, you will incorporate industry best practices and establish our own using a data-driven approach.
Who you are:
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You’re a collaborative problem solver who approaches recruiting strategically and thrive in a startup environment
- You’re committed to your pursuit of the best candidate and business partner experience while driving a clear and repeatable process
- You’ve mastered the tools of the trade for sourcing, consultative hiring, candidate management, building rapport and trust w/Hiring Managers
- You’re passionate about diversity & inclusion, analytics, and talent branding
Your background includes:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (Agency experience is desirable)
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles
