Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Product Analyst for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability by obtaining, evaluating, and communicating critical information. You will analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance metrics to identify strategic improvements for our embedded insurance products.

Responsibilities
- Conducts analyses of loss experience, retention, and expense data and recommends improvements to standard methodologies.
- Collaborates with digital partners to optimize revenue and sales.
- Executes mid-sized projects within designated timelines and assesses performance in various areas such as states, partner channels, initiatives, and targeted segments.
- Conducts primary field research, including surveys on customer, distribution, competitor, insurance department, and market.
- Assists team members with data analysis and prepares business updates on project progress.
- Develops data models and data flows, such as standard and ad hoc reporting, data feeds, dashboard reporting, and data science research & exploration, with guidance and support.
- Applies basic knowledge of data governance concepts with little to no experience in application.
