Join Cardino and make a significant impact in the startup world. As a (Senior) Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our dealership customers, supporting their onboarding, activation, and growth within our platform.
Tasks
As an (Senior) Account Manager, you'll join our hybrid Dealer Activation team. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring smooth onboarding and activation of new customers, helping them successfully purchase their first cars on the Cardino platform
Spending a minimum of 50% of your time in in-person meetings with car dealerships, and the remainder of the time staying in touch with them via phone and problem-solving with the broader Cardino team
Defining account-level playbooks to ensure successful growth of our customers on our platform and solving major roadblocks
Building and managing a portfolio of independent used electric vehicle dealerships, and maintaining strong relationships with Purchasing Managers and Directors at these companies
Providing feedback to our Dealer Acquisition, Sales, and Product teams to improve the client experience
Communicating effectively with C-level executives, managers, and key decision-makers
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting and revenue goals
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar role
Exceptional communication skills with excellent comprehension, a positive and energetic phone presence
Strong self-motivation and diligent work ethics
Native-level Danish language skills, fluency in oral and written English
Driving license cat. B
Prior experience in the automotive/mobility space is a plus, but not a requirement
