The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success - people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world.
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter who will own and drive hiring for go-to-market roles across Chainalysis and Chainalysis Government Solutions. You’ll be a trusted partner and talent advisor to leaders across our enterprise and public sector businesses as they build their teams thoughtfully in support of our broader talent strategy. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and support various initiatives to scale processes and experiences for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
In this role, you’ll:
Own full-cycle recruiting, from building and executing a sourcing strategy through successfully closing top sales and go-to-market talent, across enterprise and public sector teams
Ensure the candidate experience is thoughtful, personalized, inclusive, and transparent every step of the way
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to ensure you have a deep understanding of our business, their priorities, and the ideal hires to add to their teams
Make informed, data-driven decisions and identify opportunities to create new efficiencies in our recruiting processes
Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and share best practices and learnings across the Talent Acquisition team
Occasionally provide additional recruiting support for roles outside of Americas go-to-market (depending on prioritization and bandwidth)
Champion our diversity and inclusion strategy, with a focus on engaging candidates from under-represented backgrounds
We’re looking for candidates who have:
A track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing a variety of sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying and professional services positions across all levels
A strong understanding of the go-to-market hiring landscape across SaaS and technology companies working with public sector customers (Federal, DoD/Intel, and SLED)
Experience working with senior leaders in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Built strong relationships with business stakeholders, and can skillfully guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process as a trusted advisor
A collaborative nature and a positive attitude (we’re a small and close-knit team)
A passion for delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience, consistently valuing candidates' and hiring managers' time
Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through
The interpersonal qualities of being innately curious, driven to learn, and leverage research and data to inform talent acquisition strategies
Nice to have experience:
Exceptional sourcing skills – even when sourcing support is available, you consistently generate your own pipeline and enjoy mentoring others in the art of sourcing
Talent Acquisition experience outside of core sales and go-to-market roles (i.e., professional services or customer-facing technical roles)
Experience at a pre-IPO company
Understanding of government clearances
Experience working with Ashby Sourcing and ATS
While this is a remote-friendly role, candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central US time zones.
This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
