About The Role
As the Head of People Technology at Chainlink Labs, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology that supports the people team at each stage of the employee life cycle. You’ll work with executives, business leaders, managers, and employees across Chainlink Labs to strategize and implement technology, processes, and programs to help people succeed. You will own People Technology’s roadmap and vision and cross team, company wide initiatives. This position will report to the Head of People Services.
Your Impact
Oversee the portfolio that support the people team at each stage of the employee life cycle while working closely with business leaders, managers, and employees across Chainlink Labs to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help people succeed
Own the long-term strategic roadmap for people systems to support needs across the employee life cycle
Elevate the relationship with the people team to a strategic partner becoming an integral part of the success of the people team and their mission-Manage a team responsible for existing technical services and the development and implementation of new solutions
Drive technology design initiatives in partnership with Analytics to align infrastructure with reporting needs
Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to meet security and compliance requirements across all systems-Partner with the People leaders, namely the CHRO, Head of Recruiting and Head of Total Rewards on their short, medium and long term vision
Support the People team, in their approach to planning and prioritization with a focus on scalable, repeatable, automated solutions
Requirements
8+ years technical architecture experience with HR technology systems
5+ years experience managing technical teams
Experience managing a global organization working with business partners and analytic teams
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Experience driving complex operational initiatives
Experience partnering with security to design solutions that adhere to internal guidelines while meeting business needs
Strong project management and organizational skills
A collaborative approach to getting work done-Workday experience preferred-Global management experience preferred
