Compliance Director

About your role:
- Lead state-wide compliance and quality improvement initiatives that directly impact the lives of thousands in our communities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive compliance programs ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations
- Drive quality improvement strategies and implement both state and national compliance plans
- Serve as the state's HIPAA Privacy Officer, protecting sensitive information and maintaining trust
- Partner with leadership teams to establish monitoring systems and quality controls
- Lead internal audits and manage external audit responses
- Guide investigations into compliance concerns and develop action plans
- Build and deliver training programs in compliance and quality improvement

- Salary range - $106,000 - $124,000
Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or other compliance related experience
- Leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in building and maintaining collaborative relationships
- Proven track record of developing and implementing training programs
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
