Location:
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with our London office conveniently located just a stone's throw from Borough Station. We also welcome remote work from other cities.

Summary:
As the Consulting Solution Director, you will lead a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. You will assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges from strategy to execution, working as part of our New Ventures team within the CPM space, specifically FP&A. You will collaborate with finance and accounting executives from SMBs to multi-billion-dollar companies, and with the Commercial and Consulting leadership teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes for your clients. This role is crucial in building new practices and delivering world-class results for our portfolio of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 clients.

What You’ll Do:
Lead a team with multiple workstreams, overseeing the full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities, including functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment.
Collaborate with the commercial/new ventures leadership team to build a sales pipeline, expand current accounts, sell new projects, develop new capabilities, and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Develop and build delivery models to enable success for GTM and commercial teams while creating scalable opportunities with the support of new ventures, commercial, consulting, and strategic alliances teams.
Manage people effectively, develop teams, and coach junior team members to achieve excellence.
Maintain effective organizational skills to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Consistently adhere to all firm policies and guidance.
What You’ll Bring:
10+ years of management consulting experience with strong leadership skills and executive presence; ability to lead conversations with finance leaders and executives regarding their strategic agenda for FP&A/CPM/EPM.
Excellent functional knowledge of corporate finance CPM/EPM processes, such as Close & Consolidations, Account Reconciliation, Planning & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Management Reporting.
Proven project management experience, including workplan creation, milestone tracking, risk management, change management, and effective communication.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience leading implementation projects for tools like Anaplan, SAP Group Reporting, Pigment, Planful, SAP, and/or Oracle ERP software platforms.
Deep technical knowledge of the EPM system structure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts to an executive audience using leading business writing practices.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
