About the Role:
The Strategic Ops team drives several core operational services on the worker side of the marketplace including Product Ops, Tech Ops, Knowledge Ops, & Business Intelligence. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will leverage your analytical & operational skills to help drive the success & visibility of new operational deployments in Strategic Ops.
As a Delivery Lead, this includes key responsibilities such as:
- Systems-Thinking: Leverage first principles thinking to surface systems-level inefficiencies and architect high-impact interventions across critical operational functions within the marketplace.
- Strategic Analysis: Convert data trends into a strategic roadmap that drives customer-centric decision-making across all phases of the project delivery lifecycle.
- Program Management: Manage a team of project owners and work closely with other stakeholders (e.g., Product and engineering) to ensure multi-threaded execution of new projects & ops deployments against a strategic roadmap aligned with top-level business requirements.
- Process Design: Map out user journeys & SOPs across various touchpoints, identifying pain points and opportunities for process optimization.
