We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales leader to help build a team from the ground up focused on a new segment of the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of value-based selling, and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coach, motivate, and drive our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets.
\n- Build, Lead and Develop Sales Team: Manage and coach a team of Account Executives, driving them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Implement Sales Processes: Teach and enforce consistent sales methodologies and playbooks, ensuring effective value-based selling and deep discovery of client needs.
- Strategic Solution Positioning: Package and position our solutions to credit unions, demonstrating a deep understanding of their emotional desires, business pains, and financials.
- Recruit and Retain Talent: Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Team: Maintain a feedback loop with the product team to align sales strategies with product development and client needs.
- Proven Sales Management Experience: 1-4 years of experience managing sales teams, with a track record of overseeing Account Executives closing deals of at least $50k.
- Expertise in Sales Methodologies: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, including value-based selling, with the ability to coach and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret CU balance sheets and income statements, and effectively package solutions.
- Talent Development: Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and other stakeholders.
