We’re looking for a Senior Website Optimization Manager to support our Marketing team.


Position Summary


The Senior Website Optimization Manager is seasoned in technical website optimization and has a strong understanding of the latest technologies, such as CMS, search engine optimization, APIs, and project management. Also, the right candidate should have a deep knowledge of data trends to improve the user experience of the website. The Senior Website Optimization Manager position will report into the marketing creative department and will work across the campaigns, product marketing, and analytics teams. This role is highly collaborative and the right candidate should be passionate about elevating Coalfire’s web presence to effectively reach our target audiences with a user-centered approach.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage website projects and performance
  • Prioritize, execute, and manage tasks and projects supporting campaign activity, marketing operations, and strategic initiatives based on business priorities
  • Collaborate with GTM program team to drive demand generation, lead capture, and conversion rate optimization across all Coalfire web properties
  • Partner with product marketing and campaign managers to keep web content and design current, dynamic, and compelling while maintaining brand, message, and style integrity
  • Work with data scientist to improve site performance and collaborate in generating reports, publish key metrics, and deliver actionable insights around engagement, traffic, quality, and operational KPIs
  • Continuously optimize SEO performance; develop and execute strategy using the latest techniques optimized for modern algorithms
  • Ensure website compliance with privacy and accessibility standards
  • Work with legal department and Chief Security Officer to ensure security standards are adhered to

  • Innovate to continue to move Coalfire’s web presence forward
  • Leverage best practice approaches and technologies including personalization, A/B testing, and digital storytelling to continually improve the user experience

  • Coordinate with third-party agencies
  • Coordinate communication with internal and agency development, design, SEO, and operational resources, including resource allocation of technologies

  • Project management for creative projects for the website and campaign development
  • Coalfire marketing uses Wrike for it’s intake and approval flow through for project requests. 


What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of agency or client-side experience managing and optimizing B2B enterprise websites
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, visual media, digital media production, or related field
  • Extensive experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, heatmaps, such as Crazy Egg
  • Strong SEO skills and knowledge leveraging current best practices
  • Proficient in Google Analytics GA4, familiarity with Google Data Studio and Tag Manager
  • Very strong project management, organized and detail-oriented. Has utilized project management tools, such as Wrike
  • HTML, CSS, JS, mobile-first design, and modern development frameworks
  • Graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products or similar design products
  • CMS administration (i.e., CraftCMS)
  • Marketing Automation tools, such as Pardot, Marketo or similar marketing automation system
  • Landing page development for marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $86,000 to $148,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
