About the position
COC Consulting is looking for a part-time in-house counsel. Assignments suitable to experience and skill level will include pre-suit preperation, employee disputes and related items, civil case handling, collections activity, demand letters, contract drafting and review, advise on operations, and management of other counsel in other states.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed NV attorney4+ years of experience in employment and business/contract lawExperience with small to midsize business in healthcare is idealCapable of handling demand lettersContract review and draftingNegotiations in settlements on collectionsManagement of other counsel in other statesDesired personal attributes include independent thought, proactive
