Collective[i] is seeking a visionary and strategic Community Manager to spearhead our efforts in building a thriving, global community around our innovative AI-driven solutions. This role is central to our marketing engine, tasked with creating a virality loop through community engagement and word-of-mouth marketing. You will lead the charge in building a bottom-up community strategy that becomes the heartbeat of our brand, fueling user obsession, and driving organic growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive community strategy that serves as the foundation of Collective[i]’s bottom-up growth marketing efforts.
  • Build and nurture a global community, both online and offline, that engages users and drives brand loyalty.
  • Launch and manage Collective[i]’s affiliate program, creating a self-service model for our Intelligent WriteBack™ product.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Collective[i]’s template gallery, collaborating with superusers to produce and share templates that will drive sign ups and enhance user experience.
  • Identify and cultivate “superusers” of Collective[i] products to launch an ambassador program that connects superusers with the Collective[i] team and each other, fostering a sense of community and encouraging wider product adoption.
  • Assemble a directory of certified consultants who can assist companies with Collective[i] product onboarding and develop a certification process to ensure these consultants meet Collective[i]’s standards.
  • Pioneer Collective[i]’s influencer marketing efforts by implementing a bottom-up influencer strategy that amplifies Collective[i]’s brand presence across relevant platforms.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated authentic passion and deep interest in Collective[i] and its mission. This passion should drive your ability to build real connections and engage meaningfully with community members, ensuring that every interaction is fueled by a genuine commitment to the product and the people who use it.
  • Possesses a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and creatively. Proven experience in quickly launching and iterating on community initiatives with strategic use of resources, demonstrating the agility and resourcefulness necessary to build and grow community programs from the ground up.
  • A natural community builder who actively engages in organizing and connecting people in their personal time. This passion for bringing people together, whether through events, online groups, or other initiatives, reflects a genuine love for fostering connections and creating vibrant communities beyond professional obligations.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling community programs and driving organic growth through word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Experience in developing and managing ambassador, affiliate, partner, and/or influencer programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

$70,000 - $125,000 a year
