Compensation: This is an independent contractor position. Compensation will be discussed with an equivalent to a ‘part-time’ work schedule.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an independent Relocation Operations Consultant to collaborate with us on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a background in residential real estate and/or relocation industries, aiming to redefine standards in relocation experiences through strategic partnerships, meticulous management of client relationships, and education of independent real estate agents.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Act as an independent consultant, liaising between Real Broker’s business group and various business sources as well as independent agents.
Initiate and foster relationships with corporations and other business entities, representing the relocation department during company and/or corporate client events independently.
Collaborate with the Director of Relocation on strategic planning to achieve company goals in performance and profitability, functioning as an independent advisor.
Promote and support the achievement of performance metrics independently, utilizing proprietary CRM and various assignment platforms to coach and educate agents.
Independent selection and project-based management of customer engagement and relocation agent teams.
Pursue business development opportunities independently, including corporate and affinity prospects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of the residential real estate and/or relocation sectors.
Understanding of relocation assignments, terminology, processes, and forms.
Proficiency in Master Relocation and Referral Contracts.
Familiarity with WERC CRP Designation is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proven ability to manage work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Candidates must possess the ability to work autonomously, manage their own schedule, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
A current real estate license and experience with online lead generation/conversion are preferred.
Education and Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: Active real estate license
Preferred: Minimum of one year's experience in a real estate relocation department, relocation management company, or in real estate leadership.
Strong background in sales, marketing, and/or business development.
