Salary: P70,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, Product Procurement, Inventory Management or Supply Chain Minimum of 2+ years in leadership role with multiple direct reports.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or Merchandising.  Equivalent experience in Retail, Wholesale or Supply Chain may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Proficient with Demand Planning Tools - Strong understanding of sales forecasting, inventory models safety stock and WOS analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical approach to data. Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting preferred.
  • Skilled in utilizing Power BI for reporting purposes.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, and attention to details
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy & ability to reconcile various data elements.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusts shifting priorities with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Core Competencies Include: Critical Thinking, Analytical, Innovative, Strategic Alignment to Company Goals & Results Driven

 

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of R or other data science tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in a retail or marketing environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Forecast & plan for business changes and their effect on product procurement strategies.
  • Review historical sales trends and develop forecast data to help plan and monitor internal Supply Chain Settings. Drive improvements in sales forecasting accuracy and demand planning overtime.
  • Oversee Import Purchase Order Placement and Partner with Merchandising, Assortment Planning
  • Craft Domestic Inventory Procurement Strategy to ensure in-stock percentage while limiting Excess/Aged and Discontinued inventory Levels a
  • Oversee Customer Open Order Fulfillment. Provide directions for expediting orders when necessary and ensure proper inventory levels are available to meet demand minimizing short shipments to guests.
  • Manage & Plan overall company inventory investment - Optimize and balance inventory levels to maximize key metrics; inventory turns, in-stock% and COGS Savings
  • Monitor Warehouse Rack Space and Capacity
  • Create analysis reports on inbound volume identify & provide solutions to the problem areas
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing transportation suppliers
  • Collaborate with Merchandising Leadership on assortment planning and partner to manage product lifecycle planning for end of life phase out of discontinued product.
  • Maintain systems to ensure inventory optimization, open purchase order accuracy, and appropriate replenishment strategies
  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data through creation of supply chain/ demand planning scorecard. Weekly and Monthly reporting of KPIs.
  • Coordinate and lead projects to eliminate waste by improving, automizing and standardizing current processes.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as requested.
