Convene is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its global Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing the development of print and digital marketing deliverables for multi-location organizations and have experience in UX/UI design.
What You’ll Do: The Graphic Designer champions visual storytelling and is a creative visionary who can bring the Convene product mix to life via compelling collateral. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing the visual identity and standards for a portfolio of brands as well as executing the strategic vision of marketing materials, brand photography and videography, sales enablement collateral, property signage, company pitches/presentations, and more.
This position will sit on the Brand & Communications Team and work closely with the Performance Marketing Team to support Demand Generation and Regional Marketing efforts. The Graphic Designer will have one direct report - a Marketing Project Manager.
Overview:
- Manage all aspects of creative production
- Design and format marketing materials including print and digital ads, mailers, event/trade show signage, email templates and e-blasts, multimedia assets, and social media graphics
- Design sales enablement collateral including one-sheets, brochures, bi-annual menus, and package/proposal decks
- Provide art direction for property photo shoots. Ensure the capture of quality imagery aligned with brand standards
- Creative collaboration on global and regional campaign development
- Leverage UX/UI experience to assist with website design and architecture
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to design pitch/presentation decks and lead the creation of supporting infographics
- Identify collateral that can be templated for scalability. Build templates and subsequently guidelines for updating. Enforce brand standards for quality control
- Manage art direction and assist with visual development of video production assets
- Develop visual identity and standards for the ever-evolving Convene portfolio of brands (which includes etc.venues, Club 75, and the “by Convene” label) in partnership with Product Team
What We Look For:
- 5+ years of experience; professional services graphic design experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- UX/UI experience highly-preferred
- Creative, organized, and highly motivated individual with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative while also being a team player
- Ability to maintain top-quality work in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot ,Pica9, Figma, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, and/or Microsoft Clarity a plus
- Experience with video editing, animation, and/or motion graphics a plus
- Must be able to provide a design portfolio of past work upon request
Requirements: This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office per week in New York City.

Base Salary:
Salary Min: $90,000 Salary Max: $100,000
This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.
