Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled UX Designer to join our global remote team. This position is perfect for individuals proficient in UX design tools and principles who are passionate about crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Implement all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, and other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Basic understanding of web development processes, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, is a plus.
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A clear passion for detailed-oriented design and a propensity for critical thinking and problem-solving.
