As an Associate Account Manager at Cprime, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams—such as solution design, delivery, and licensing—to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. In this role, you will focus on understanding clients’ evolving needs and aligning Cprime’s offerings to deliver value.
Success will be measured by your ability to develop strategic account plans, maintain regular communication, and contribute to the growth of Cprime’s presence across multiple service lines.
\n- Manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts, continuously identifying opportunities for revenue and service expansion.
- Engage regularly with clients through in-person and virtual meetings, maintaining consistent communication through various channels.
- Listen to client needs and present Cprime services that align with their goals, including consulting, licensing, tooling, staffing, and learning solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to ensure alignment with clients' objectives and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including solution design, subject matter experts, and delivery, to drive new opportunities and maintain successful outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings, ensuring effective discussions and clear progress tracking.
- Advocate for assigned accounts within Cprime, ensuring strong client engagement and visibility.
- Provide proactive client service and leverage internal resources to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Work with clients to share their success stories as part of Cprime’s case studies.
- Stay informed of evolving business and technology challenges that may impact clients’ needs.
- Follow established sales processes to ensure efficiency and maintain clear visibility within your team and organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of data into Salesforce and other reporting systems.
- Participate in conferences and company meetings as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management, business development, or consultative sales, especially in services and solution-based sales.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams, cultures, and corporate levels.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with both client and company goals.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience interacting with senior management and decision-makers to build credibility and trust.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to align Cprime services with clients' long-term objectives.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or software implementation.
