As the Head of Organizational Change Management Consulting, you will lead our consulting firm's efforts in guiding clients through significant organizational changes. This role involves working closely with client organizations to develop and implement change management strategies that ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and structures. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of change management consulting services, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and achieve desired outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of change management principles and the ability to apply them in diverse organizational contexts.
\n- Lead the development and execution of change management consulting services, tailoring strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client organizations to identify change readiness, potential challenges, and key stakeholders impacted by change.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
- Collaborate with client leadership to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to clients on best practices in change management, helping them navigate the complexities of organizational transformation.
- Manage a team of change management consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in all aspects of organizational change.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in change management, incorporating innovative approaches into consulting services.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a track record of successful application in client engagements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing consulting professionals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, etc.) is highly desirable.
