Mission of the role
We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to reach and engage new brand buyers, fuel growth, and balance acquisition costs for our Agency Skincare brand. Our ideal candidate is a brand-led performance marketer with deep hands-on experience in paid media channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google. In this role, you will use channel proficiency, analytical expertise, and a solid understanding of the target audience and what drives action to fuel growth for the Agency brand. You thrive in a dynamic setting, are personally motivated and proactive. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Media and sits on the Integrated Marketing commercial team.
\n- Own the day-to-day management of paid media channels, delivering on growth goals (as measured by our MMM)
- Manage budget and pacing to monthly spend and volume targets, reallocating spend as needed
- Set up full-funnel campaigns in Paid Social channels , including trafficking creative, setting up tests or lift studies, and managing optimizations and pacingIdentify new growth opportunities and develop short- and long-term testing roadmaps
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights, working closely with internal data analytics/science teams to ensure accuracy of channel data
- Perform deep quantitative analysis to understand channel effectiveness and inform media & creative directionIdentify process efficiencies to streamline work with other business functions (i.e. Product, Influencer, Creative teams)
- Deliver regular creative and influencer insights and reporting to Influencer and Creative stakeholders.
- Manage the ad creative strategy and roadmap for Agency Skincare
- Participate in calls with brand media agency to identify opportunities for cross-channel synergy
- Build relationships with external agencies, networks, and media partners to contribute to our acquisition goals and to remain updated on best practices
- 3+ years cross-channel media planning and execution experience including direct hands-on-keyboard management of conversion campaigns
- Knowledge of Paid Social channels and deep experience with in-platform campaign setup
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign and creative performance metrics, develop tactical insights, and propose actionable recommendations
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing, channel dynamics, attribution, and performance metricsAbility to identify, evaluate, and implement test opportunities
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Independently driven and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Ability to execute day-to-day while delivering a broader strategic visionExceptional communication skills
