We are seeking a Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for typing and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Data collection, file management, and transcribing information accurately
- Perform clerical duties such as order entry and maintaining records
- Utilize computer systems to input data and create reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Ability to work with pivot tables for data analysis
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for data analysis
- Familiarity with computerized systems for document processing
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience with pivot tables is a plus
