The Role
As we continue to scale our customer marketing strategy and initiatives, we’re looking for a motivated intern who is excited to learn more about customer marketing and support in building out our campaigns, brainstorming ideas, and supporting our customer operations and customer facing teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to support the strategy and tactics that move the needle on key metrics like average revenue per practice (ARPP), LTV expansion, and retention through experimenting with up-sell, cross-sell, and customer advocacy campaigns.

What You'll Do
Help execute and manage our customer email strategy by supporting in developing the strategy, building the campaigns, and creating a cycle for sharing results.
Support and optimize our customer loyalty program by helping shape our offerings, execute on the program, and scale the operations.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product leadership to support in launching new features to our customers and helping shape the strategy to drive adoption.
Support on customer referral strategy by running the program operations, and developing strategy to increase awareness and overall referrals submitted.
Partner with our Events team to discuss strategies for engaging with customers at in person and virtual events while supporting the creation, promotion, and advertising of the event.
Support in writing different assets across the blog, emails, ebooks, etc.
Assist the customer marketing team in developing creative assets
Practice writing copy that converts for SMB personas
Maintain Sales & Marketing databases, assuring data integrity
Gain experience in marketing automation systems, like Marketo, and other marketing/CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and extremely organized (this is a strong requirement)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivation as a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and problem-solve
The ability to understand and report insights from data is a plus
Knack for writing
Interest in learning how complex campaigns and programs work
The Technicalities
Ability to work approximately 25 hours per week
Must be available to work for the entire duration of the internship program (June through first two weeks of August)
Able to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
Ability to work in a remote environment with access to wifi
