The Business Solutions Product Manager (FLSA Exempt role) will promote full and effective use of all product offerings. As the internal subject matter expert on assigned product(s), the Business Solutions Product Manager serves as a brand ambassador to internal and external clients. The ideal individual will be able to demonstrate value to DAS Health, our Account Managers, VARs, and clients by implementing and maintaining products for maximum efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all matters specific to your product(s).
- Optimize financial success for DAS based on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Help with the coordination and product implementations.
- Perform product training for support, account managers, sales and clients.
- Successfully onboard new customers to ensure effective understanding and utilization of products.
- Proactively analyze customer data to make recommendations in the customer's best interest .
- Escalate issues to Vendors which impact our ability to service customers at a high level if applicable.
- Optimize financial success for DAS based on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Promote full and effective use of the product(s).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relations.
- Coordinate with marketing and client services to develop sales materials.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Maintain inventory related to products.
- Manage vendor orders, cancellations, and asset management for PM/EHR and EDI products.
- Identify areas of revenue opportunity related to PM/EHR and EDI
- Assist in internal and external sales.
- Conduct product training and certifications for Support, Account Management, sales, and clients.
- Maintain positive and productive vendor relations.
- Understand the changing marketing trends and competitive analysis for the product(s).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor and analyze product use reports/revenue reports.
- Monitor and analyze RCM client reports.
- Ensure third-party companies are on track and aligned with DAS standards and SLAs.
- Assist third-party companies with client interaction and engagement
- Serve as a primary resource with marketing and client services to develop product sales materials.
- Other duties, as required.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience.
- Minimum of 5 years RCM/billing experience.
- Exceptional communication (oral & written) skills.
- Ability to travel overnight (20%).
- Practical experience working with various levels of management.
- Ability to analyze complex business and technology issues while understanding a prospective client’s solution requirements.
- High energy with strong initiative, unquestionable reliability, and follow-through, self-directed and organized.
- Comply with all HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
