As an HRIS Manager at Dave, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR systems, particularly Workday, to enhance our People Operations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining seamless communication with third-party vendors, internal teams, managers, and employees regarding our HRIS. We seek someone with extensive Workday experience, a solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for sharing knowledge in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead HRIS Functions: Implement new modules, manage security, configure business processes, handle data loads, write reports, and manage user access.
Create Workday Roadmap: Develop and execute an annual plan, partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals on time and within budget.
Provide Daily Support: Troubleshoot, configure, manage security, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday.
Develop User Guidelines: Create procedures and documentation to help users leverage system functionality and automate workflows.
Maintain Data Integrity: Write and support various reports, perform audits, run queries, and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
Manage Integrations: Build and maintain integrations, keeping documentation up to date.
Lead HRIS Projects: Collaborate on events like benefits enrollment and compensation reviews, ensuring smooth execution.
Conduct Testing: Oversee all HRIS testing for new releases, implementations, and configurations.
Partner with Teams: Work with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Talent Development, IT, and Finance to provide a seamless employee experience.
Ensure SOX Compliance: Lead SOX controls testing, prepare reports, and respond to auditor inquiries.
Monitor Requests: Address HRIS-related inquiries through the shared email inbox.
Support Team Functions: Serve as a backup for other People Operations functions and maintain other People systems as needed.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
What You’ll Need
Experience & Background: 5+ years in HRIS or related functions, with 3+ years specifically with Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and advanced reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HRIS technology, including design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics.
Knowledge of HR Policies: Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and SOX compliance.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized and meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
Team Player: Collaborative with a “no task is too small” attitude.
Critical Evaluation: Strong focus on driving results with a high sense of urgency and effective time management skills.
