Duties

  • Partner with sales and success leadership to drive the development, execution and continuous improvement of Deel’s global sales expansion strategy, specifically focused on developing and maintaining a scalable playbook for our Global Workforce Consultants (sales to existing customers)

  • Own territory carving, territory updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities in planning and execution of the business.

  • Help lead Forecasting and business inspection cadence.

  • End-to-end ownership on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation

  • Creating and maintaining reporting, processes, workflows, and organizational tools

  • Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets

  • Build analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker (if skill set allows) to drive strategic business decisions.

  • Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale, with world-class documentation and sales enablement

  • Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements

  • Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications

  • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.

  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.

  • Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps

  • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact - have a desire to understand underlying problems and develop solutions to solve the root of the problem

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English

Bonus Points:

  • 1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally carrying a quota

  • You’re passionate about the future of work

  • You have a strong analytical foundation and are comfortable with SQL and Looker

  • You love working with data

  • You have experience building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growing existing accounts

  • You have worked in multiple countries, cultures, and places

  • Sense of humor is appreciated!
