Duties
Partner with sales and success leadership to drive the development, execution and continuous improvement of Deel’s global sales expansion strategy, specifically focused on developing and maintaining a scalable playbook for our Global Workforce Consultants (sales to existing customers)
Own territory carving, territory updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities in planning and execution of the business.
Help lead Forecasting and business inspection cadence.
End-to-end ownership on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
Creating and maintaining reporting, processes, workflows, and organizational tools
Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
Build analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker (if skill set allows) to drive strategic business decisions.
Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale, with world-class documentation and sales enablement
Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements
Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management
Requirements
Have 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications
Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.
Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.
Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact - have a desire to understand underlying problems and develop solutions to solve the root of the problem
Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
Bonus Points:
1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally carrying a quota
You’re passionate about the future of work
You have a strong analytical foundation and are comfortable with SQL and Looker
You love working with data
You have experience building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growing existing accounts
You have worked in multiple countries, cultures, and places
