In this role, you will be the right hand for the transition lead and will be helping to facilitate the handover of critical processes from one team or individual to another. You will help with once off requests which are coming from different stakeholders and are related to different spheres of the business , act as a bridge between the outgoing and incoming parties, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer and minimal disruption to ongoing operations., you also will be helping with the process set up and process writing.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in business transitions.
Responsibilities:
Participate in one off requests which are coming from the stakeholders: process review/ details clarification/ completion of the task
Collaborate with the transition manager on the priorities and in case of the ask to work with outgoing team members or individuals to document and map key processes.
Assisting in developing clear and concise process documentation, including flowcharts, step-by-step instructions, and decision trees, suggesting automation steps and improvements
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the incoming team, providing comprehensive training on processes, systems, and tools.
Test the transferred processes with the incoming team to identify and address any gaps or roadblocks.
Provide ongoing support to the incoming team during the initial transition period.
Cooperate with internal teams to help leaning up the ongoing queues in case of decreased capacity on their end
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Support
Experience in project management or participating/ helping in setting up the projects/ processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
