Duties
Operational excellence
You will work on an end-to-end launch of a new HR service
You will be a key player at the day to day service operation
Strategic projects
You will help define product strategy, including taxation, employee benefits, risk & legal services, payroll and training
You will work on market sizing, revenues projections, and competition analysis to help position Deel’s offering on the market and drive revenue growth
Product Development
You will work with the Product team to design, develop, test, and launch new new product features on Deel’s platform
Requirements
Have 3-5 years of work experience with PEO in management consulting or a PEO operations role for a provider
On site position for either Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ
Previous experience working with the Prism HR
Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. earned positions of leadership including in extracurriculars or competitive sports, you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities, or have won competitive awards
Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
You love working with data
Have excellent written and verbal communication in English

You have a strong analytical foundation and attention to detail, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
You have impeccable communication skills and the ability to manage projects cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, build relationships, and influence in a fully remote set-up
You have a get-things-done attitude and are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get projects implemented
You are autonomous, the owner of your scope, and able to navigate and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment
