  • Act as the first line of escalation for OBMs/CSMs for unresolved customer questions on integrations and APIs.

  • Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, coordinating closely with internal teams to devise and implement solutions.

  • Oversee customer integration projects from inception to completion, including requirement gathering, strategy formulation, implementation and testing.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Deel’s full product suite and how it relates to integrations or APIs.

  • Create and improve both internal and external resources and guides to bolster the success rate of self-serve integrations and APIs.

  • Actively communicate with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about progress and potential issues, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

  • Drive value for customers by facilitating the integration of their tech stack and workflows with Deel’s product suite.

  • Become an expert user of Deel, guiding customers from setup to deployment, and troubleshooting any integration issues.

  • Treat each customer engagement as a distinct project, collaborating to fully understand and meet their business and technical needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Technical Consulting, Configuration Services, Implementation Project Management, or Support role within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of API integrations.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, with a focused, action-oriented, and anticipatory approach to next steps.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior client stakeholders and collaborate across multiple internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Based in the EMEA or NAM/LATAM regions, or aligned time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP.
