Job Description

As the Manager, Analysis & Insights, you will be a senior contact for key clients and will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and facilitating the success of the Marketing Sciences department. You will be focused on leading a team toward the successful completion of the agreed upon project deliverables, while exceeding client expectations across all of the Merkle | Cardinal Path service offerings. You enjoy mentoring consultants, partnering with clients and identifying opportunities for growth. You will report to a Senior Manager, Analysis & Insights.

Qualifications

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred
  • You will have at least 4 years working in the field of digital analytics and digital marketing - working in a client results service organization, ideally having worked in an advertising agency or management consultancy
  • You will have at least 2 years on-the-job experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics with experience working with Google Analytics 4
  • You will have at least 2 years on-the-job experience with data warehousing or data platforms such as BigQuery and Amazon AWS, with SQL familiarity. Preferred experience with data clean room platforms such as Liveramp
  • You will have at least of 2 years experience in advanced digital analysis methodologies, such as deep clickstream analysis, experimentation and testing, personalization, audience propensity analysis, and competitive analysis
  • You will have proficiency with enterprise BI tools (ex. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • You will have expert Excel skills (pivot tables, conditional formatting, advanced formulas)
  • You will have experience creating strategic measurement plans, technical documentation and supporting full implementation of analytics tools
  • You will have experience creating and presenting analysis with insights to stakeholders and clients, using advanced storytelling skills
  • You will have experience working within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
  • You will ensure the successful completion of the agreed upon project deliverables within statement of work ("SOW") scope, time and budget with quality while consistently exceeding client expectations across all Merkle | Cardinal Path service offerings
  • You will conduct regular client communication, expectation setting and management, as well as providing strategic direction
  • You will identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any scope/budget deviations.
  • You will act on the client satisfaction survey results for the portfolio, ensuring quality improvement plans are developed and executed
  • You will work with the lead responsible for the Marketing Sciences practice area to develop and grow that practice area by creating and cultivating lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • You will work with members of the team, from junior to senior to help them improve their understanding of the Digital Marketing industry, improve their client communication skills, create professional development plans and better understand how our offerings fit into the big picture for our clients

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $100K-$115K. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
