Join our Product Ownership Group and be part of a strong support network of a diverse, growing team spanning capabilities that are focused on prioritizing growth, work/life balance, and collaboration.
As a Product Owner (PO) specializing in experience strategy, you will help shape the vision and execution of our digital products. You’ll collaborate with teams, particularly the creative design team, to ensure that our products deliver exceptional user experiences. You will focus on translating user needs into actionable requirements and prioritizing features, helping define vision and goals for the product to align with the business strategy.
You will report to the SVP, Product Management. This is a remote role (EST/CST) with <25% travel requirements.
Responsibilities: As a Product Owner your main responsibility is to help improve and turn product vision into actionable roadmaps and advocate for the user’s needs.
This involves working with partners and other teams to prioritize epic and feature backlog. Gather, generate, and align objectives from partners, designers, engineering, compliance and other departments within the business, guiding them into functional requirements.
You will use data to define baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and order backlog items. You will partner with Business Owners, Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts, business and technical, to analyze and refine requirements into an implementable backlog.
You will also communicate progress, managing expectations and ensuring that the final product meets all quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with large-scale Agile businesses.
- Experience with the design process, encompassing UX, UI, and digital product design.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Agile Product Management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
