Job Description

dentsu Media is looking for a Senior Associate, Media Technology & Ad Ops. The core responsibility of this role is to own digital campaign management within the ad server and brand safety/verification platforms including setting up campaigns, placements, assigning creatives and landing page URLs along with any 3rd party partner pixels. This position will also be responsible for managing project timelines, gathering/distributing creative assets and pre and post-launch campaign QA. This position is essential in ensuring client campaigns are launched accurately and on time. This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. While advanced Media Technology thinking is not expected, a successful Sr. Associate is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects and ongoing education opportunities. 

Responsibilities: 

Campaign Support: 

  • The Senior Associate will own the campaign implementation process from beginning to end.   
  • They will act as a liaison between internal teams to prioritize and support trafficking needs by scheduling placements, ads, and creatives as necessary within the ad server (i.e. CM360) throughout the life cycle of campaigns.  
  • They will work independently to troubleshoot digital creative, facilitate trafficking requests through Workfront ticketing system, and quickly grasp a solid understanding of digital terminology, procedures, and best practices.   
  • Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner. 

Technical Operations: 

  • Implement additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for vendors such as Adobe, Salesforce/Krux, Kantar, IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat etc. in addition to creating and managing floodlight tags to ensure proper conversion tracking.  
  • Other responsibilities include pulling ad hoc reports, screening incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements documentation, coordinating the rotation of ads and escalating any technological issues to Media Tech leadership.

Client/Account Team Relationship: 

  • Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements. 
  • Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner 
  • Demonstrates active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time 
  • Demonstrates clear and concise written and oral communication skills 
  • Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible 
  • Attends all status meetings when appropriate 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)  
  • 1-2 years’ experience  
  • Working knowledge of ad serving, brand safety, DCO and site tag management  
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills  
  • Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors  
  • Ability to multi-task  
  • Effective time management capabilities 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams 
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaboratively  

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
