Job Description
- Writing meeting minutes
- Document management
- create and maintain a corporate identity webpage
- Maintenance of work instructions/process descriptions
- Administrativ tasks
- Maintenance of FAQ databases
- Participation in audits + Reporting
Qualifications
- B2 English language skills
- Knowledge of M365 tools (SharePoint Online, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
- Good organizational skills
- ITIL, Agility knowledge is an advantage
- studies related to computer science or economics is an advantage
- Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
- Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
