• Drive strategic programs that span across the entire organization. 
• Negotiate program scope definition (and modification) to drive alignment and clarity. Work with program sponsors to prepare for executive presentations. 
• Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity, and influence and implement continuous improvements to processes. 
• Work closely with the Dynatrace executive leadership team to understand priorities, influence decisions and propose solutions to ensure success of key priorities. 
• Present programs and portfolio status on a regular basis to senior executives. 
• Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodologies. 
• Act a trusted advisor and partner to your business stakeholders. 
• Monitor overall health of projects and programs within your portfolio. 

Candidates that live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid. 
Candidates are required to work EST hours for this role. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is a requirement.

Preferred Requirements: 

• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed.
• Influence people at all levels of the organization without authority.
• Demonstrate ability in change management and transformation processes.
• Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate great interpersonal and leadership skills in addition to excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Have a proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders.
• Be proficient with business process, operations and metrics definition best practices.
• Be a detail- and action-oriented self-starter.

DOE, salary $120K - $150K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
