Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented media expert to join our team.
 
This role will be joining our US Media Performance team, which works across a varied high-profile list of clients. You will produce data-driven insights across a variety of media auditing services including media cost & quality benchmarking, agency pitch reviews, savings verification, and media consulting.
 
This position requires liaising with agencies, presenting findings to clients, and contributing to the development of new business. You will be a core part of the team, with a very active and significant role in the company where you will see daily proof of the impact of your ideas and contributions as well as bolster Ebiquity’s position in the US Market as a prominent consultancy practice.  Helping senior client stakeholders understand the offline media world, identify the best shape for their media investment, and train and consult with them on an ongoing basis.


Key Responsibilities

We seek a candidate with strong independent leadership skills that is capable of sharing, teaching, and enhancing holistic media knowledge across the US team.
 
Key activities: 
·       Responsible and accountable for driving grade ‘A’ work-product, relevant products & services for our clients, identifying new future-forward opportunities as well as analysis of current product & tools within EBQ.

·       Analyze data from key syndicated media resources and transactional client media cost data to produce insights and action points for key clients.
·       Review the team’s output for accuracy and key actionable items that deliver value to clients.

·       Build effective relationships with our current and future clients to understand their challenges and offer insightful products and services (including general consultancy and training)

·       Provide subject matter expertise for all offline media inquiries, tool development, and enhancement.

·       Manage all elements of service delivery pertaining to the components of Ebiquity’s clients, renewal, pitch work, and media delivery.

·       Drive account profitability by ensuring all projects remain on scope, escalating risk where appropriate in a proactive and solution oriented manner.

·       Collaborate with other specialisms within your client group in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling EBQ services, in addition to product renewals. 
·       Ensure consistently high levels of service delivery and take the responsibility for the quality and accuracy of EBQ work delivered to clients.

·       Liaise with agencies for results review with an auditor’s framework 
·       Share client and process learnings across the team to develop and improve best practices
·       Contribute thought leadership through market research pieces, blogs, and participation in industry events


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What will you bring to the role? 
·       8 years + in relevant and progressive work experience, agency-side experience required.

·       Experience in executing campaigns for large-scale clients (>100M USD annually) across Broadcast, Cable, Spanish Language and Connected TV

·       Robust knowledge of US National TV/Video media strategy, investment principles, and techniques Knowledge of other media types a plus.

·       Professionally confident with personal gravitas, able to quickly generate respect from clients and colleagues.

·       Possess analytical and written skills to explain data in a narrative format to drive client business forward.

·       Ability to interpret and evaluate client marketing investments to ultimately provide relevant marketplace recommendations that improve performance and increase media value.

·       Detail-oriented, comfortable working with big sources of data and developing the storyline behind the numbers. 

·       Extensive experience producing and delivering insightful, dynamic and articulate presentations.
·       Work and perform effectively in a team environment, with a can-do attitude. 

·       Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing competing demands of different stakeholders without deviating from an objective and independent perspective.

·       Leadership skills: Understands the different needs of team members and uses appropriate techniques to motivate and lead them, including setting SMART goals, identifying training and development needs.
