Description

This role is 3 days a week on an interim contract.

Context:  
Ebiquity’s executive leadership team continues to evolve the organisation’s target operating model to facilitate deployment of emerging technologies (such as automation and AI), address clients’ evolving  media analysis needs and to tap the diverse range of skills across the organisation’s team of media specialists around the globe. In order to ensure that Ebiquity rapidly achieves the business benefits of deploying the target operating model, the business seeks to appoint an Interim Change and Communications Manager who will bring a robust change management skill-set, a proven playbook of change management processes and tools and a well-honed ability to accelerate adoption of organisational change. This is an exciting role that would suit a results-oriented Change and Communications Manager who can equip the colleagues of this well-regarded professional services business to support the continuous evolution of the organisation’s target operating model and embrace the diverse range of opportunities this presents.   


Key Responsibilities

·       Leverage a proven change management methodology and deploy supporting processes and tools to accelerate the adoption of our organizational changes
·       Design and deploy a strategic change management and (internal) communications plan
·       Design, develop, deliver and manage key communications
·       Conduct impact analyses & assess change readiness
·       Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
·       Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
·       Consult and coach project stakeholders and people managers
·       Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
·       Support and engage senior leaders
·       Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
·       Integrate change management activities into the project plan


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

·       Track record of successful change management interventions across global commercial businesses similar to Ebiquity in size and scope  
·       Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
·       Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
·       Excellent active listening skills
·       Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
·       Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
·       A forward-looking approach that is holistic in both de-risking and accelerating sustainable change.  
·       Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
·       Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
·       Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with minimal supervision or guidance 
·       Proven business acumen and ability to rapidly assess organizational issues and challenges
·       Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
·       Ability to work virtually across time-zones from Australia to California, engage with stakeholders via Teams and adapt to local cultural and language requirements.
