Key Responsibilities
- Assess the training needs of the company on an organisational, departmental, and individual level.
- Design, develop and implement engaging learning programs, tools, and content.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops using various methods (i.e. in-person, virtual, blended).
- Create materials, including training, presentations, handouts, and e-learning content to support continuous development and performance management.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to guide improvements in Ebiquity’s learning landscape.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure L&D initiatives support business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, technology, and best practice, and share insights to support improvements and excellence within L&D and the wider People Team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Solid experience in corporate learning & development delivery across multiple countries and time zones.
- Expert in conception and design of learning programmes and (product) training development.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavioural change and instructional design.
- Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.
- Experience with creating learning management systems, preferably Skillsoft and Talent LMS.
- Fluent English skills (written and verbal).
