Ellington Solutions is seeking qualified candidates that will:
- Develop current and future state process maps of FTE’s financial operations to identify and implement process efficiencies.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of FTE’s budget processes for optimization and system alignment.
- Support financial data migration to the Florida PALM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify the change impact of transitioning to the future Chart of Accounts (COA) structure on budget processes.
- Design, develop, and code financial processes using databases, Excel, and SQL.
- Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Florida PALM Project Team and FTE stakeholders to ensure a successful transition.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field. (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis or financial reporting. (Required)
- Demonstrated Advanced Excel and Access Skills. (Required)
- Demonstrated process and data mapping experience. (Required)
- Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle or Transformation Implementations
- Power Query, PowerPivot is a plus
- Process modeling software such as IBM Blueworks or Visio
