We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality of our web application through robust automated testing. As part of our QA team, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll.
Strong knowledge of testing strategies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with web testing tools and techniques, including browser automation and API testing.
Tools: Experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar for browser automation.
CI/CD: Familiarity with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using C#, .NET, Playwright, and frameworks like SpecFlow or Reqnroll (BDD).
Frameworks & Tools: Develop and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and ease of use.
Integration: Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Test Execution: Execute automated tests for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Analyze test results and log defects with actionable steps for resolution.
Requirements Analysis: Work closely with product owners and developers to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to build comprehensive test cases.
Maintenance: Regularly update automated test cases to account for changes in application functionality and ensure the stability of test suites.
Documentation: Document automation processes, test cases, and defect reports for better transparency and traceability.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
