We are looking for experienced Back-End Developers, comfortable with designing scalable services and APIs. In fact, they will likely also migrate some of our existing service/manager/DAL layers in our webapps to be standalone services.
Proficiency in .NET/C#:
8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using .NET and C#.
Familiarity with frontend development using React and Blazor.
Ability to collaborate with frontend developers and contribute to full-stack development efforts.
Azure DevOps:
Expertise in using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and guiding development teams.
Mentorship:
Experience in mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Scrum:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams.
Skilled in participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Azure Certifications:
Possesses relevant Azure certifications, showcasing expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies and services.
Microservices Experience:
Hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.
Proficient in implementing RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless communication between services.
Cloud Experience:
Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Knowledgeable in deploying, scaling, and managing cloud-based applications and services.
Responsibilities
Design and Develop:
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs using .NET technologies.
Service Migration:
Migrate existing service, manager, and Data Access Layer (DAL) components from web applications to standalone services.
Collaborate:
Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
Code Quality:
Ensure the quality and maintainability of the code by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and writing comprehensive unit tests.
