Description
Enumerate is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing corporate-level projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management and department heads.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that projects stay within financial constraints
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and objectives
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with company objectives and compliance requirements
- Implement best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile) to improve project management processes and drive efficiency within the organization
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project timelines, and post-project evaluations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in corporate project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile preferred) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, etc).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
