- Consult with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services.
- Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities.
- Utilize online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in the travel industry, customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of travel destinations, products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and itineraries.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, telecommunication devices, and online tools.

**Compensation:**
