As a Talent Partner (Contract) at EvenUp, you’ll be driving talent searches for a market-leading startup that truly makes a difference in people’s lives when they are at their most vulnerable. We’ve raised a big round and have a lot of building to do, but we are starting from a very early-stage approach. You’ll help us bring in world class talent across our tech and business teams, while being a strategic partner to the hiring managers you work with.

We want to talk to you if you are interested in having a high degree of ownership and impact while running full cycle searches in an environment with constant change.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end to end talent acquisition for multiple requisitions at a time, across technical and non-technical departments, based on business need - with a focus on Go to Market to start

  • Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy 

  • Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard to fill positions

What we look for:

  • Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity

  • Mastery of recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring

  • Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

  • Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
