At Everstream, we are passionate about helping our customers succeed through the use of our products. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to lead and grow one of the products in our portfolio. This position will report directly to the VP of Product Management.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key leader in driving product innovation and excellence for your portfolio. You will deliver impactful solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products and contribute to our mission of transforming the supply chain risk analytics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the strategic positioning of an industry-leading supply chain risk assessment solution
- Guide its evolution into a leading supplier assessment tool and develop solutions to support regulatory compliance & supply chain due diligence needs; be a subject matter expert on European supply chain regulatory developments
- Manage third party partner integrations based on a thorough understanding of data needs to enable supplier assessments
- Expand a survey-based approach around supplier data collection and its integration into the core application
- Create and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer personas, and user behavior to inform product decisions
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with Everstream’s overall goals, market trends, and customer needs
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like data science, data engineering, product development, product design, marketing, sales and customer success to bring product capabilities to life
Skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably within supply chain, procurement, compliance solutions
- Experience leading large scale business and organizational transformations with high-visibility outcomes
- Ability to translate strategy, business initiatives, and abstract ideas into operational activities, key tasks, and accountabilities with little oversight
- Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Experience in developing supplier assessment or supply chain due diligence capabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of third party risk data integration is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business or Political Science; an advanced degree is a plus
- Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German or French beneficial
