Become an Outcoder as a Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features
What you’ll need to be successful:
Manage the relations and perform follow up with local third party vendorsCollect and detail the statement of Functional requirements.Formalize requirements by drawing up the Functional specifications to be implementedPropose a Functional solution and get IT validated, factoring in the requirements collected, the existing applications and their constraintsOrganize and lead working sessions between business project management and IT project management, with local vendor (if needed) and ensure to draft minutes for each meeting. Provide the teams with project management statusProvide the necessary support (follow-up, tracking, specs clarifications with SME´s helps) to development teams during the development phase and offer proposals for resolving any difficulties encounteredReport to their management (tracking, indicators, identification of risks)Take part in project committeesMaintain a permanent link with IT project management throughout the projectDraw up, carry out and review the acceptance testing scenariosCoordinate UAT testing with users / help SME´s on UAT if needed & get-sign-offEnsure the approval of IT developmentsDocument test resultsHandle corrective maintenance activities Take part in drawing up user documentationPrepare communications and the information to be provided to the various playersTake part in managing users: collect requirements, put suitable training in place and provide users with support as per neededFollow, comply and document group IT governance procedures. Manage team tasks across assigned activities.Ensure the adherence to group Governance policies applicable to IT systems.English: Conversational. Able to create documents and lead calls.
