Become an Outcoder as a Mid Senior Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coach our cross-functional development teams, ensuring effective Agile practices and principles implementation. You will work closely with QA Automation, Front-End, and Back-End teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality software products.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Experience working with cross-functional teams, including QA Automation, Front-End, and Back-End Engineers.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred.Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.Understanding of software development and testing processes.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Knowledge of best practices in QA automation, front-end, and back-end development.
