What you will do:
As an International Growth Support Coordinator, you will support eXp Realty’s International Growth Team by managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and assisting with key administrative tasks to drive global expansion. Occasional travel will be required.
- Manage and maintain executive schedule, making appointments and changes as needed
- Schedule and book travel
- Assist executive with social media posting
- Maintain IRL International events calendar with marketing
- Open, sort, and distribute correspondence, including email, Workplace, and chats
- Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute when appropriate
- Prepare and submit expense reports; track credit card usage
- Plan and coordinate small events
- Read and analyze submissions, letters, agendas, and memos; route to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare reports, collect and analyze information, and create presentations
- Prepare executive responses to memos, letters, or correspondence
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate
- Work alongside other International Growth Team members and all members of eXp Realty and World Holdings
- Other Accountabilities as Assigned
How you will grab our attention:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- BA/BS in business administration or related field preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Budgeting and expense report coordination experience required
- Experience in providing excellent customer service including conflict resolution required
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and trust
- Positive mindset with a ‘can-do’ team-spirit attitude
- Solution-oriented self starter who finds a way to achieve objectives
- Servant leader with a desire to help others and exceed expectations at all times
